All firearms will be unloaded (chamber and magazine) when stored in the cabin gun rack, when in camp or when being transported to and from stands and hunting areas.

Consumption of alcohol is permitted in the evening, after the hunt is over.  Consumption during the day is permitted ONLY if you are through hunting that day.

Plantation Quail Hunting Season is October 15th through March 15th.  For other seasons and Georgia Hunting Regulations, click here.

A deposit of $250 per person is required to reserve all hunting dates.  This deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another available date with 6 weeks notice for Quail Hunts and 12 weeks notice for Deer Hunts.  Failure to give notice forfeits the deposit.

Payment of balance on account is due at departure.  We do not take credit cards,

All prices are subject to change without notice, until you have booked and paid your deposit.

A valid Georgia state hunting/fishing license is required of all guests participating in deer hunts,  turkey hunts and/or fishing.  Quail hunting does not require a license.

This is the "Caretaker House".  It has heat and air, and can comfortably sleep 5 people, should the overflow require it.

Nothing like a sauna after a "hard" day of hunting.
The Smoker.  It will hold 3 whole hogs, and cook anything.  Nothing more needs to be said.
The Pool Hall.  Enjoy a friendly game of pool on a regulation pool table.  This pool hall is strictly BYOB.
